This is an easy no Churn, Sugarless Strawberry Banana Ice Cream which can be assembled in minutes and enjoyed guilt free.
Peel and cut the banana into bite size pieces. Freeze them for 1-2 hours, until rock solid.
Add the Frozen Banana, Strawberry Puree (or Strawberries), Fresh Cream and Vanilla essence in a powerful blender or a food processor and blend everything until it forms a smooth mixture.
Freeze it in an air tight container for 6-8 hours or overnight.
