Add all the seeds in a powerful grinder or a food processor.
Process on the slowest speed to a fine powder. This should take around 1-2 minutes at the max.
Now stop and scrape the sides and the bottom.
Wait for a minute and process it till you see it starts releasing oil. This should be done in 1-2 minutes.
Wait again for a minute and then on medium speed process for 1-2 minute. After this the mixture turns into a ball shape. Do not worry if it does not turn for you.
Once it has got to that stage, wait again for a few minutes. Now process the mixture again on a high speed.
Keep on doing this until you get a soft butter like consistency.
The butter would be slightly warm due to the use of machine. Let it cool completely.
Store this in an air-tight sterile container. Keep refrigerated.
