2-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream No Churn

Make creamy 2-ingredient banana peanut butter ice cream with frozen bananas and no machine. Add chocolate and peanuts for a Snickers-style treat.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Freezing Time: 8 hours
Servings: 14 Ice Creams

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen bananas About 4-5 large Ripe bananas
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Melted Chocolate Optional
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed Peanuts for Garnish Optional

Instructions

Freezing Bananas

  • Peel, slice, and freeze the bananas.

Making Ice Cream

  • Once Frozen add bananas in a food processor.
    4 cups frozen bananas
  • Add Peanut Butter.
    1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • First process on a slow speed.
  • If it is diffucult, wait for 5-10 mintues for the bananas to warm a bit.
  • Now Process it until there are no chunks of bananas.
  • Process till smooth
  • Freeze overnight in Ice Lolly Moulds or cupcake moulds.
  • Once the ice cream is ready, demould and enjoy as is.

Chocolate Coating (Optional)

  • Melt Chocolate in the microwave or double boiler in short interval bursts.
    1 Cup Melted Chocolate
  • Dip the ice cream into melted chocolate.
  • Garnish with coarsely ground peanuts. (Optional)
    ½ teaspoon Crushed Peanuts for Garnish
  • If required, freeze again for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
  • Pack them in individual plastics or one can wrap each lolly in parchment paper and put all in a ziplock or air-tight container.

Notes

  • The above nutrition facts are calculated without the chocolate dipping.
  • There are 14 ice creams, but there can be more or fewer depending on the size of the moulds.
