Start by preparing your vegetables. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and strain.
Cut the tomatoes, Pepper's and Slice the onion's.
Peel and cut the cucumber and place everything in a large bowl.
Add the olives, vinegar, oil, oregano and salt. Go easy on salt as Feta Cheese has salt in it.
Give everything a quick mix.
Now Traditionally the block of feta cheese is placed on top with a drizzle of Olive oil and a sprinkle of Oregano.
I have cut into cubes and gave it a mix in my salad.
Enjoy it as is or with some crusty bread on the side.
