Greek Yogurt With Honey and Walnuts (Yiaourti me Meli)

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts
  • a pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence (optional)


  1. Toast the walnuts in a pan on slow or in a oven for 6-7 minutes until you see them browning a bit or fragnant. (Toasting is optional, but it adds a lovely crunch and flavour)
  2. Let it cool. In the mean time in a bowl add in the Greek Yogurt and Vanilla Essence and mix.

  3. Coat the walnuts with honey or alternatively you can just top them on yogurt
  4. Pour this in a serving bowl.
  5. Add the honey coated walnuts.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy.
