Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.
Grease a medium size bread pan (approximately 8 * 3 inches)
In the meantime in big bowl add in the eggs, Vanilla Essence, oil and honey.
Beat the eggs until well combined.
Now add in the coconut flour, Tapioca Flour, baking powder, salt.
Mix using a wooden spatula to make a lump free batter.
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. This helps the coconut flour to absorb liquid's.
Pour the batter into greased bread pan.
Bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in between comes out clean.
It does take around 30-35 minutes.
