Ajwain Water | Ajwain Tea (Carom seeds)
Ajwain water or Ajwain tea is a herbal drink which helps in cough and cold, relieves acidity along with flatulence and is also known to promote weight loss.

Instructions
Add carom seeds in a pot.
Add the water and let it boil.
Once boiled, let the water simmer for 5 mins.
Cool and drink it in small portions.
Notes
1 teaspoon = 5 ml, 1 tablespoon=15 ml, 1 Cup=235 ml
I do not strain the water, but keep it in a jar, so the seeds settle down and we use only the top water. But one can strain as well.
At times I even add 1 clove and 1-2 Tulsi leaves or a pinch of Tulsi powder.
Do not make a large batch, make in small quantities.
One can even have it lukewarm.
