Amla Dhaniya Chutney | Indian Gooseberry & Coriander Chutney
Amla Dhaniya Chutney is a simple, delicious, tangy, fresh chutney loaded with the goodness of Amla, the Indian GooseBerry.

Ingredients
1CupDeseeded and chopped Amla(Indian Gooseberry)
¾CupRoughly Chopped Coriander
2-3Green Chilli(As per taste)
½Teaspoonof Asafoetida (Hing) (**for Gluten free, Please see notes)
½inchGinger piece(Adrak)
1teaspoonCumin Seeds(Jeera)
Black Salt to taste(Normal Salt can be used)
1teaspoonSugar
Instructions
Wash, deseed and roughly chop the Amla into smaller pieces.
Add in all the remaining ingredients along with Alma in a blender or a mixer grinder.
Grind it into a fine smooth paste.
Store in Fridge for 8-10 days or in the freezer for months.
Notes
1 Cup = 235 ml, 1 tbsp= 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml
Asafoetida (Hing) powder available in shops contains wheat and is not gluten free. Gluten intolerant people can either skip completely or opt for Gluten Free Asafoetida (Hing)
