- Preheat the oven to 180 Deg C, grease a loaf pan (9 * 5 inches). 
- In a bowl sift in all the dry ingredients, i.e. Coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 
- Be sure to sift the flour as coconut flour tends to have lumps. 
- In a separate bowl mash in the bananas. 
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil and give it a quick mix. 
- Add in the sesame paste and mix again. 
- Now add the dry mixture to the wet and combine everything. 
- Add the chopped chocolate and fold the mixture. 
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it sit for 10 minutes as coconut flour absorbs moisture. 
- Bake the cake into a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. 
- Remove the cake onto a wire rack after 30 minutes. 
- Let it cool completely. Enjoy with a cup of dark coffee.
