Preheat the oven to 180 Deg C, grease a loaf pan (9 * 5 inches). In a bowl sift in all the dry ingredients, i.e. Coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Be sure to sift the flour as coconut flour tends to have lumps.
In a separate bowl mash in the bananas.
Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil and give it a quick mix.
Add in the sesame paste and mix again.
Now add the dry mixture to the wet and combine everything.
Add the chopped chocolate and fold the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it sit for 10 minutes as coconut flour absorbs moisture.
Bake the cake into a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Remove the cake onto a wire rack after 30 minutes.
Let it cool completely. Enjoy with a cup of dark coffee.
