Oil-Free Instant Raw Mango Pickle

4 ingredient Instant Raw mango pickle without oil is a simple and a lip smacking pickle made using only mango, turmeric, red chilli and salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 Raw Mangoes chopped into cubes
  • Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Haldi
  • Red chilli powder to taste, Optional
  • Green chili Chopped to taste, Optional

Instructions

  • In a clean sterile bowl, add in the chopped Raw mangoes
    2 Raw Mangoes
  • Add the turmeric and salt.
    ¼ teaspoon Turmeric, Salt
  • If adding red chili and green chili add it now.
    Red chilli powder, Green chili
  • Mix everything and give it a good stir.
  • Fill this in a clean sterile jar and close the lid.
  • Let it sit for 30 mins -1 hour.
  • You can enjoy this after 30 mins or as required.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Make small batches of this pickle
  • This pickle does not have any preservative in the form of oil. Always refrigerate and consume withing 4-5 days.
