Pineapple Avocado Mint Smoothie

Refreshing, filling, and bursting with flavor, this Pineapple Avocado Mint Smoothie or green smoothie is ideal for breakfast or a light meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Pineapple roughly chopped
  • 1 Avocado
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cup Coconut water
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Dates Optional
  • 8 Raisins Optional

Instructions

  • Peel and de-seed the avocado.

  • Chop the pineapple into pieces.
    2 Cups Pineapple
  • In a blender add all the ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency.
