medium size Ripe Avocado

or 2 medium size garlic clove

Instructions
Peel and cut the avocado.
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Use it as a spread for your breads, flatbread, pasta or noodles.
Refrigerate if not using immediately.
