- 1 medium size Zucchini (about 250 grams)
- 1 tablespoon of Avocado Basil Dip (can be adjusted as per taste) (Link for dip in step 4)
- Crushed black pepper to taste
- ½-1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- Few pine nuts (optional)
Wash and trim the ends of Zucchini.
Now using one of the tools mentioned above, Spiralize the Zucchini.
In a large bowl add the spiralized Zucchini
Add Avocado Basil dip and the remaining ingredients. Toss it gently using a fork.
Serve it as a side or a salad.
- 1 Cup = 235 ml, 1 tbsp= 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml
