Easy Peri-Peri Grilled Pineapple (Sugar-Free)

Easy Peri-Peri Grilled Pineapple is a very simple and quick barbecue recipe that uses just pineapple and the peri-peri spice mix. A perfect sweet & spicy appetizer for vegan or vegetarian barbecue.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon Peri-Peri Spice Mix

Instructions

  • Cut the pineapple into 1 cm thick slices or wedges.
  • Heat a pan or the barbecue grill
  • Grill the slices on both sides until grill marks appear and they are slightly cooked. (4-5 minutes on each side).

  • Remove it on a plate and rub the peri-peri spice mix. (Just around ¼ teaspoon of spice mix will work for both sides. - one can add more or less depending on their taste).
  • Serve hot.

Notes

  • Add Peri Peri spice mix as per your taste. Go easy on it, as it is a hot mix.
