Divide the dough into equal or lemon size balls.
Roll each to form a flatbread/paratha/circular disc/or shape you like to 5-6 inches long. I was trying to make a triangular shape, but as usual my paratha or rotis go round :-), so please ignore the shapes :D :D
Shallow fry each using ghee until cooked from both the sides. Since the dough have dates in them, it will be cooked very fast.
