In a small bowl, add in the chopped apple and cinnamon and give it a quick mix.
In a Mason Jar or a wide glass, add in 1/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt.
Top it up 1/3 of the Granola
Add in half of the apple.
Repeat with remaining Greek yogurt and Granola.
Top it up with remaining Apple and garnish with more cinnamon if required.
