Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Finger millet flour / Ragi flour
  • 1 Big Banana Chopped
  • 4 Pitted Dates (I used soft wet dates) so I do not have to soak them, if you are using the dry ones soak them in hot water for 15-20 mins
  • 1 Cup Milk (Vegan's can use substitutions)
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions

  • In a pot add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water and ragi flour.
2 tbsp Finger millet flour / Ragi flour, 1 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Water
  • Give everything a quick mix.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil on medium to slow stirring in between, to avoid any lumps.
  • Keep aside and let it cool so that you are able to handle in a blender.
  • In a blender jar, add banana, dates and remaining 1/2 cup milk.
1 Big Banana Chopped, 4 Pitted Dates
  • Blend to smooth and then add the ragi and milk mixture. Blend again until well combined.
  • Serve Warm.
