Prepare the paneer mixture by adding paneer, Jeera, salt.
Finely chop the palak and add to Idli batter and mix.
Grease the Idli moulds with oil.
Fill each Idli mould to half.
Add about 1/4 tsp of paneer mixture in each of the mould in the center.
Top it up with more Idli batter.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Serve it as is or with chutney of your choice.
