Thoroughly wash the green apples and wipe it dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Leave the apples on the clean towel for an hour. This helps to dry the apples completely.
When you are ready to make the pickle, in a clean and sterile pan or a pot heat the oil.
Let it come to smoking point and let it cool completely.
Now cut the apples into 1 cm pieces along with the skin. (You can peel if required).
You would need to be quick as the apples would start turning brown.
Add the ready masala to the apples and with a clean and sterile spoon mix everything.
Once the oil is cooled completely, add the oil to the apple masala mix.
Mix everything and set it aside in a clean and sterile container.
Cover it with a lid.
After an hour or so , give it a quick mix again.
You can enjoy this at this stage or let it rest for 1 day.
After a day fill this in a clean and sterile jar. Enjoy
