Ingredients

  • 1 Medium size Banana
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup or 1 Small Green Apple
  • 1 tsp Sunflower seeds Optional
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds Optional
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the banana and the green apple and add it into your blender.
  • Add in the blueberries, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  • Blend everything to a thick paste.
  • Add water if needed and as much desired.
  • Delicious and healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie is ready

Notes

Instead of water Orange/apple Juice or coconut water can be added.
One can add a sweetener of choice if you need it more sweet.
Seeds are optional and can be replaced with other varieties of seeds or nuts.
