Roughly chop the banana and the green apple and add it into your blender.
Add in the blueberries, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Blend everything to a thick paste.
Add water if needed and as much desired.
Delicious and healthy Blueberry Banana Smoothie is ready
Notes
Instead of water Orange/apple Juice or coconut water can be added.
One can add a sweetener of choice if you need it more sweet.
Seeds are optional and can be replaced with other varieties of seeds or nuts.
