Crunchy Chocolate Cornflakes (No Bake Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cornflakes - Approximately 100 grams
  • 140 grams Milk Chocolate - Approximately ½ Cup when melted
  • Colourful Chocolate Sprinklers (Just for garnish and optional

Instructions

  • Arrange cupcake moulds with cupcake liners.
  • In a bowl add the Cornflakes. Lightly crush it with your hand. (One can use as is also)
  • Cut the chocolate in small pieces. Melt it in a microwave or a double boiler.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add in the crushed cornflakes.
  • Mix everything nicely.
  • Take 1-2 spoons of mixture and add in individual cupcake liners.
  • If you are adding Chocolate sprinklers add it now.
  • Let it set for 20-30 minutes. If you have a warm climate, let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Store it in an airtight container, If warm store that in the fridge.
  • Enjoy.

Notes

  • 1 Cup = 235 ml
  • Dark or milk chocolate can be used.
  • Use a good quality chocolate.
  • Instead of Cornflakes Rice Krispies can be used.
