Sugarless Cacao Oats Breakfast Smoothie

This Sugarless Cacao Oats Breakfast Smoothie has all the natural ingredients and is without any form of processed sugar, sweetened using banana and dates.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Porridge Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
  • 3-4 pitted Dates Optional
  • 4-5 Almonds Optional
  • 1/2 Cup Thick Yogurt

Instructions

  • Blend everything into a smooth paste in a blender.

Notes

  • 1 Cup = 235 ml, 1 tablespoon = 15ml, 1 teaspoon = 5ml
  • Dates was added later to add a bit of sweetness and hence not in the pic. It is completely optional.
  • One can skip the almonds to make a nut free version.
