Apple Granola Overnight Oats

Start your day with this healthy Apple Granola Overnight Oats which is quick to make and is loaded with the goodness of Oats, nuts and seeds.

Ingredients

  • 3/4-1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2-3/4 Cup Granola
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Apple Green/Red
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add in the chopped apple and cinnamon and give it a quick mix.
  • In a Mason Jar or a wide glass, add in 1/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt.
  • Top it up 1/3 of the Granola
  • Add in half of the apple.
  • Repeat with remaining Greek yogurt and Granola.
  • Top it up with remaining Apple and garnish with more cinnamon if required.

Notes

  • One can do the layering as required. There are no strict rules
  • One can add honey or a vegan sweeter to make the yogurt a bit more sweet if required.
