Avocado Stuffed Celery Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1-2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 2-3 Celery Sticks Cut into bite-size pieces

Instructions

  • In a bowl peel and cut the avocado
  • Mash the avocado with the help of a fork.
  • Add in the chopped chives, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Mix everything.
  • Clean and rinse the celery sticks into bite-size pieces or as required.
  • With the help of a spoon or a piping bag fill in the sticks with the avocado mixture.
  • Serve
