- In a bowl peel and cut the avocado 
- Mash the avocado with the help of a fork. 
- Add in the chopped chives, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt. 
- Mix everything. 
- Clean and rinse the celery sticks into bite-size pieces or as required. 
- With the help of a spoon or a piping bag fill in the sticks with the avocado mixture. 
- Serve
