Cut the pineapple into 1 cm thick slices or wedges.
Heat a pan or the barbecue grill
Grill the slices on both sides until grill marks appear and they are slightly cooked. (4-5 minutes on each side).

Remove it on a plate and rub the peri-peri spice mix. (Just around ¼ teaspoon of spice mix will work for both sides. - one can add more or less depending on their taste).
Serve hot.
