In a bowl combine all the spices and keep them aside
1 teaspoon red paprika powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, ½ teaspoon garlic granules, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, Salt, 1 teaspoon onion granules
Heat a pan.
Once hot add the green jackfruit.
2 cups Green Jackfruit
Let it cook for a minute.
Now add the spices and mix.
Cook the jackfruit for 4-5 minutes mixing in between.
Slowly add water 1 tablespoon at a time as the masala might stick.
¼ Cup water
Cook the jackfruit until done.
Let this cool completely.
