In a bowl add the yogurt and 1 Cup of water and mix to make a lump free yogurt water mixture. Keep it aside.
1/4 Cup Yogurt, 2 Cups Water as required
In a heavy bottom pan, add ghee or oil.
1 tablespoon Ghee
Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
Once it splutters, add the ginger and green chilies
1 teaspoon ginger, 1-2 green chillies
Add the yogurt water mixture and soaked sabudana.
Let this mixture come to a boil on slow stove.
Add Salt.

Add water if required.
Once it comes to a boil let it simmer on slow for 8-10 minutes, stirring in between.
Keep on stirring in between or else the sabudana will stick to the bottom.
After 10 minutes the sabudana should be done. Sabudana pearls would be transparent or resemble shiny pearls when done.
Switch off. Garnish with coriander and serve.
