Toast the walnuts in a pan on slow or in a oven for 6-7 minutes until you see them browning a bit or fragnant. (Toasting is optional, but it adds a lovely crunch and flavour)
Let it cool. In the mean time in a bowl add in the Greek Yogurt and Vanilla Essence and mix.
Coat the walnuts with honey or alternatively you can just top them on yogurt
Pour this in a serving bowl.
Add the honey coated walnuts.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy.
