Indian Style Avocado Lassi |Avocado Yogurt Smoothie
Indian Style Avocado Lassi or Avocado Yogurt Smoothie is a creamy and thick 4 ingredient lassi made using thick yogurt. It is a perfect breakfast smoothie or a meal in itself.
Ingredients
1ripe Avocado(around 130 grams)
1cupThick Yogurt/Dahi
4tablespoonDemerara Sugar(one can use any sweetener of choice)
2tablespoonof Kewra Water
Chopped Pistachio(Used only for garnish - optional)
Few Kesar Strands(Used only for garnish - optional)
Instructions
De seed and Peel the avocado.
Add the avocado in a blender.
Add the yogurt.
Add Sugar and Kewra Water
Blend into a smooth and creamy consistency.
Garnish it with chopped pistachio and saffron strands (Optional)
