In a food processor add the cooked kidney beans, coriander, onion, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
2 cup cooked Red Kidney Beans, ¼ cup of fresh coriander, 1 small onion chopped roughly, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, Salt
Process it until it resembles a fine mince.
Take the mixture to a bowl.
Add grated or mashed potatoes and mix everything.

Slowly add the oats powder or soya mince or bread crumbs little by little. Give it a mix and check if you are able to form patties.

Add more oats powder or soya mince if required or if you feel the mixture is too wet.
Divide the mixture into lime size balls.
Form into a round shape and slightly flatten them in between your palms.
Refrigerate the patties for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Shallow frying the patties
In a pan add 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
Oil for shallow frying
Once hot, add in the patties.
Cook it on medium on both sides.
Press gently with the back of a spoon and cook on both sides until done.
One can air fry the patties for 10 minutes at 180 Deg C.
