Nasturtium Blossoms Avocado Guacamole

Nasturtium Blossoms Avocado Guacamole is a quick and easy peppery guacamole made using Avocado and edible Nasturtium flowers.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1.5-2 cup of Nasturtium flowers. -More or less can be added depending on the taste.
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado and remove the pit. Check here how to cut an avocado and remove the pit.
    1 large Avocado
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl.
  • Roughly chop or crush the Nasturtium flowers in a mortar and pestle.
    1.5-2 cup of Nasturtium flowers.
  • Add the chopped or crushed flowers in the bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt.
    2 tablespoon lemon juice, Black pepper powder to taste, Salt
  • Mix everything and enjoy.

Notes

  • It is best to consume this fresh.
  • If you want to store it, cover it and keep it refrigerated.
  • The ingredient ratio can be adjusted to taste.
