Open-Faced Celery Avocado Sandwich

Open-Faced Celery Avocado Sandwich is a refreshing and healthy sandwich with the goodness of celery and avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1-2 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 2-3 Celery Sticks Cut grated or finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cream cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl peel and cut the avocado
    1 Ripe Avocado
  • Clean and rinse the celery sticks.
    2-3 Celery Sticks
  • Grate or chop it finely.
  • In a large bowl, peel and mash the avocado with the help of a fork.
  • Add greated/chopped celery, chopped chives, green chilies, lemon juice, cream cheese, and salt.
    1 tablespoon chives, 1-2 Green Chilli, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Cream cheese, Salt
  • Mix everything.
  • Take a bread slice.
  • Top it generously with the above mixture.
  • Garnish with chives and serve.
