Spicy Avocado Coriander Chutney

Indian style rich, creamy, and addictive this Spicy Avocado Coriander chutney would be your new go-to spread, or a dip or a dressing for your salads or mains.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • ½ Cup Coriander Fresh roughly chopped
  • 2-3 Green chili
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
  • 1-2 Garlic Optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • De-seed and peel the avocado.
  • Rinse coriander, chili, ginger and garlic.
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender jar.
  • Blend to a smooth consistency adding water as required.

Notes

  • Standard US-size cups used. 1 cup = 235 ml, 1 teaspoon=5ml, 1 tablespoon = 15 ml.
