Ingredients
1Ripe Avocado
½CupCorianderFresh roughly chopped
2-3Green chili
1tablespoonLime Juice
1tablespoonGingerchopped
1-2GarlicOptional
Salt to taste
Water as required
Instructions
De-seed and peel the avocado.
Rinse coriander, chili, ginger and garlic.
Add all the ingredients in a blender jar.
Blend to a smooth consistency adding water as required.
Notes
Standard US-size cups used. 1 cup = 235 ml, 1 teaspoon=5ml, 1 tablespoon = 15 ml.
