Quick and Easy Valentine’s Day Recipes On the Go (Breakfast, Lunch, Dessert)

Quick Valentine’s Day recipes on the go: chia pudding, protein waffles, heart-shaped pizza, Biscoff cups, and avocado mousse for busy days.

Ingredients

Heart Shaped Pizza

  • 2 Bread Slices
  • ¼ Cup Toppings of choice
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup or pasta sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Cheese I used Cheddar

Biscoff Dessert Cups

  • 250 ml Heavy Cream
  • 200 gram Biscoff biscuits (crumbled)
  • 3 tablespoon Biscoff spread slightly warmed and cooled

Instructions

Heart Shaped Pizza

  • Cut the bread into a triangle.
  • Grab the edges of the triangle, and fold it in to form a heart shape.
  • Insert a toothpick from one end, piercing through the center till the other end.
  • Spread on tomato ketchup or pasta sauce.
  • Add toppings, then finish with chili flakes if you want a little heat.
  • Air-Fry or Bake in a pre-heated oven for 6 minutes, at 180 Deg C.

Biscoff Dessert Cups

  • Whip the cream and fill it into a pastry bag and set aside.
  • Crumble the Biscoff biscuits.
  • Add a layer of cookie crumble.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream.
  • Repeat the above layers.
  • Drizzle or spoon on a bit of warmed (then cooled) Biscoff spread.
  • Garnish with cream and cookie crumble.
