Peel and grate the potatoes.

Soak them in Ice cold water for 5 minutes.
Rinse them 1-2 times to remove the starch content.
Drain and squeeze out the excess moisture using a muslin cloth.
Once done, in a bowl add the squeezed grated potato, rice flour, melted vegan butter and salt.

Mix everything and shape them as desired.
Shallow fry them in a pan using oil until golden brown on both sides.
