- Peel and grate the potatoes. - 2 Potatoes 
- Soak them in Ice cold water for 5 minutes. 
- Rinse them 1-2 times to remove the starch content. 
- Drain and squeeze out the excess moisture using a muslin cloth. 
- Once done, in a bowl add the squeezed grated potato, rice flour, melted vegan butter and salt. - 2 tablespoon Rice Flour, 1 tablespoon Vegan Butter / Oil, Salt 
- Mix everything and shape them as desired.
