Quick and easy, this 2 ingredients strawberry milkshake is one of the best refreshing and healthy drinks for summer. This can be enjoyed as a breakfast or as an after-school snack.

I make this milkshake very simple with just 2 ingredients strawberries and milk. The sweetener can sometimes be added and depends on how sweet the strawberries are. 

Make it rich

To make it rich, we can add half milk and half fresh cream or fresh ice cream. Top it with some nuts and you have a rich, delicious thick, creamy milkshake ready for your upcoming summer party.

Make it Vegan

If you are a vegan, the milk can be replaced with almond or soy milk. It will make it protein-rich.

What about some Nice Creamy Banana Strawberry Ice Cream Shake

Instead of milk, replace it with frozen bananas and make a thick and creamy Banana Strawberry Nice Shake or Nice Cream 😊

Frozen strawberries too will add a more rich and creamy texture to the milkshake. And if you have loads of strawberries, why not freeze them or make a puree and store them in the freezer in cubes or a jar in the refrigerator? Use the strawberries as required in this milkshake, or this easy strawberry chia pudding

  • 1 Cups Milk Cold
  • 1 Cup Strawberries

Instructions

  • Rinse the Strawberries in clean water.
    1 Cup Strawberries
  • Remove the green stem and roughly chop the strawberries. Chopping is optional if you have a good blender.
  • Blend the strawberries with milk. If using sugar do add it at this step.
    1 Cups Milk
  • Garnishing and Serving ideas
  • Add some strawberry puree to the side of the glass, before pouring the milkshake into it.
  • Add a dollop of fresh cream or fresh ice cream.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and nuts.
