So what are Legumes?
I have already detailed about what are legumes in my earlier post on , 15 Delicious Recipes Featuring Legumes (Round up of MLLA #122). To summarise it they are significant source of protein and dietary fiber and specially for Vegetarians. Legumes can be easily made and friendly on the pocket as well.
