Last month I hosted the MLLA #122, aka My Legume Love Affair #122 and I did receive 15 Delicious Recipes featuring Legume’s in some or the other form. So what are Legumes?
Legumes are a significant source of protein, dietary fiber, carbohydrates and dietary minerals. They are a group of plant foods which aren’t just for vegetarians! Apart from providing a wide variety of nutrients they are healthy and economical food.
