Singdana (Peanut) Raitadip

I simply love this Raita. My mother use to always make it with sabudana vada and I simply use to love it. I bet you will definitely like this one instead of having plain dahi with the vada’s

Sabudana Vada and Singadana(Peanut) Raita

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dahi (Curd/Yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup roasted and peeled peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera powder
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Ligtly crush the peanuts in a mixer. Do not make a fine powder. Just 1 or 2 rounds for 3-4 secs should be enough.
  2. Make the dahi in a smooth consistency.
  3. Mix the crushed peanuts, salt and Jeera powder.
  4. Yummy dip is ready. It goes along with Sabudana vada or Sabudana pancake or Sabudana Fritters.
