Holi is the festival of colors, the festival of love. Holi signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, end of winter. For many, it is a day of meeting friends and family. Holi is a festival of lip-smacking Recipes, chaats, and food.

Thandai is a refreshingly sweet and spicy drink popular during Holi made using Thandai Concentrate using nuts and spices, and is free from processed sugar.
Masala Doodh (Spiced Milk with Nuts | Kojagiri Masala Doodh)
Masala Doodh or Masala Milk is a nut and spice flavoured milk that is slightly sweetened with sugar and is made during winters or festive like Kojagiri.
Indian Style Avocado Lassi |Avocado Yogurt Smoothie
Indian Style Avocado Lassi or Avocado Yogurt Smoothie is a creamy and thick 4 ingredient lassi made using thick yogurt. It is a perfect breakfast smoothie or a meal in itself.

Shrikhand is a traditional Indian sweet from the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. This is a traditional recipe from my mom passed on to her by her dad.
