Here is my collection of No Onion No Garlic Recipes which are easy and quick to make. Even though it is without onion and garlic, they are tasty and delicious.
Come Festivals in India and we love to make food which is without Onion or Garlic. The food generally is offered to the Deity as Naivedyam or prasad and hence onion and garlic are forbidden.
Apart from this, there are various reasons to consume no onion no garlic food. Some might be allergic and some have different reasons like people following a particular diet etc. I am not going into details of this but whatever your reason, if you are searching for No Onion or No Garlic recipes, here is my complete collection.
I have come from a family where onion and garlic are not used in our cooking. It is being followed for generations and we do not consume it. So making food without onion and garlic comes naturally to me.
I have made so many dishes with it and served at parties or get-togethers. Believe me, not even one hardcore onion and garlic fan could find the difference. I use to tell them only after they finished eating and they use to be shocked.
I am not saying Onion and garlic are bad for your health. No, they are good and beneficial in their own ways. I have many onion and garlic recipes also on my blog, but today this post is all about recipes without onion and garlic.
As said the complete collection of No Onion No Garlic recipes can be accessible here. However Sharing some Individual links below.

Very often I have to make dishes like paneer curries, pav bhaji, dal makhani without onion and garlic as my mother in law and my sister in law's family don't include them in their diet. Though they do taste a little different from the ones with onion and garlic, they still do turn out tasty. The fresh and powdered spices make up for the taste. Love your collection.
